AllboHus, a municipal housing corporation since 1948, leases apartments and premises in the municipality of Alvesta. We have approximately 1800 apartments and 200 premises situated in almost all the population centres of the municipality, from Lönashult in the south to Torpsbruk in the north.
We offer both ground-floor apartments with availability to a private outdoors area and traditional apartments, in grand or small format. Our apartments have good standards to affordable rents.
Housing services, reparations and such, are managed by our neighbourhood landlords associated to your residence. They will provide a fast service and you are welcome to consult them in all issues concerning your accommodation or premises.
